Jill B. Hartman served on the Board of Directors for A Woman’s Concern for over 17 years. She became Executive Director at AWC – a medical pregnancy and parenting resource center in Lancaster – 7 years ago. Jill has the distinct honor of working with a team that provides knowledge, compassion, and support to those facing an unplanned pregnancy.

For over 50 years, AWC had been able to serve the most vulnerable while allowing "politics" to be handled by others. With the fall of Roe, everything changed. As political actions started targeting pregnancy centers, Jill along with 7 other directors across PA created the Pennsylvania Pregnancy Wellness Collaborative to have a united voice for centers, educate our communities and legislatures, and promote and protect centers statewide.

Jill brings a wealth of business development, marketing, and fundraising acumen to AWC having worked in the non-profit and business sectors. Jill holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from Lebanon Valley College.
