Brianna Howard serves as Mayor of Mount Jewett, Pennsylvania and is the External Relations Manager at Independent Women’s Forum. Prior to joining IWF, Brianna was the Director of Digital Media for the House Budget Committee Republicans. She had the honor of serving in the Trump Administration as a special assistant to U.S. Secretary of Labor, Eugene Scalia. Brianna is a graduate of The Catholic University of America and holds her M.A. from American University’s School of Public Affairs. A proud Pennsylvanian, she’s a passionate advocate of the domestic energy industry, which her family has been a part of for four generations. Brianna’s first-hand exposure to the oil and gas industry has led her to advocate for the Pennsylvania natural resources community.
